    I have much more respect for JC Penney now that their cosmetics department will be taken over by Sephora. Now, if they could only relieve the other departments of their dowdiness.

    I have a soft spot in my retail-loving heart for JCPenney. They're not the most fashion forward retailer out there, but they've made a positive impact on fashion overall.

    I agree.

    This is the relocated store. It was originally where Dillard's is in the mall. Previously, JCPenney had too much space and Dillard's had too little, so they swapped.
