Well, this strip mall shopping center is a standard slice of hideousness, with its massive asphalt parking lots and mundane architecture. It somewhat reminds me of a more downscale Jubilee Square in Daphne, Alabama.
Any shopping center anchored by a fashion-oriented department store should feature substantial pedestrian-oriented features.

Still, you have to give the place credit for holding down Belk, Goody's and Peebles. That's a decent line-up for a strip-mall
