ReplyDeletecantnot: The original Belk store closed here in 1996, so that may be throwing the date off in your mind some. They actually moved out for 6 to 8 months and were located where Kohl's is now on Batteground (which used to be Bradlees and Kmart before that)
ReplyDeletenitek: Sounds like you did a little research on Friendly Center! It's not a lifestyle center, as you said, but it's starting to resemble one wth the new addition with all its trendier stores and architecture.
