Was that element once an external entrance, or was it a bit of 'architectural whismy'?
ReplyDeleteWhimsy. This store a study in plans and textures. Near the entrances, the white brick walls break away to reveal angled plans covered in anodized aluminum. I tried to capture that in the photos.

ReplyDeleteThere is a strong SouthPark vibe at this store, but the massing is a little different.
ReplyDeleteFor me, it's the white brick that reminds of Ivey's-Southpark.
