mall and department store photography bordering on the obsessive.
I've never been there, so is this a free-standing store?
ReplyDeleteYes, it is a freestanding store. Four Seasons Town Centre [sic] is four miles east on I-40, but the undersized Thalhimer's they had never became a Hecht's.
ReplyDeleteTodd: It's freestanding like Jake said.
ReplyDeleteJake: Thanks for the assist :-)
Believe it or not, I've only been there once and that was Black Friday in I think 2002. Nice store though.
ReplyDeleteI an believe it. I shop all the time, and I only go if I need something from there, which is something like twice a year, if that.
ReplyDeleteThere used to be a former Thalhimers at Friendly Center too that was a standing shopping center a strip mall that became a Hecht's before it became a Macy's.
ReplyDeleteThat Thalhimers at Friendly Center is one of the oldest stores around since the Friendly Center opened in 1957 as Greensboro's major shopping center.
